After the Junior Certificate students may be offered the option of a Transition Year, following
a selection process. Transition Year offers students a varity of alternative learning
experiences. The course aims to promote the personal, social, educational and vocational
development of out students. Transition year provides regular core subjects as well as:

- Enterprise Education (including Mini Company)
- Social Concern
- Work Experience
- Percussion Workshop
- Music Composition Workshop
- Media Studies
- Residential Visits to Outdoor Pursuits Centres
- Enviornemntal Studies
- Sailing
