Maximum 625 CAO Points for three students
Well done to Harry Sheppard, Adam Carroll and Darragh O'Leary, from our our Leaving Cert Class of 2025, who all obtained the maximum 625 CAO points.
Harry is going on to study Engineering in UL, Adam is going to study Finance in UCC and Darragh is going to study Medicine in Trinity. The young adults are pictured with the new senior management team of Ms. Karen O'Donnell Principal, Mr. Dermot Brislane and Ms. Michelle Russell Deputy Principals.
A huge well done to all our Leaving Cert Class of 2025. Exceptional results for an exceptional group! Everybody did so well.
20% of all students who sat the Established Leaving Certificate exams achieved over 500 points. A further 36% obtained between 400 and 499 points, resulting in a staggering 56% of the Class of 2025 getting more than 400 points.
Students in receipt of support did exceptionally well, with many students surpassing their individual targeted grades.
In Leaving Certificate Applied (LCA) students received Distinctions and Merits. Every student achieved results that were a credit to the effort and hard work they put into their Leaving Cert/Leaving Cert Applied programmes.
Best of luck with the CAO offers. We look forward to welcoming all of the lads back to school for tea and coffee, on Tuesday morning, 2nd September 2025 from 10.15am to 11.30am, in the school hall, to celebrate their success and to chat about what the future might bring.
