Ms Young’s TY Class Visit Nenagh Heritage Centre
Ms. Young's Transition Year Irish class took a visit to Nenagh Heritage Centre during the week to learn more about the Gaol Gatehouse and prison buildings. The boys all managed to fit into a cell, which once held people who were sentenced to death. On the same day they visited Nenagh Castle, where they learned about the history of the castle since it was built around 1200.
