Munster Schools' Cross Country Championship
Well done to all our students who took part in the Munster Schools' Cross Country Championship in Tramore Valley, Cork. There were some great performances on the day; particularly second year student Paddy Daly who finished 4th in the Junior event and Diarmuid Moloney who also finished 4th in the Senior race.
The Junior team were awarded with bronze medals for coming third at the recent East Munster Cross Country Championship. The team consisted of Gavin Hickey, Cian Ryan, Donagh Carmody, Anluan White, Oilleóg Kelly O'Driscoll, Aaron O'Leary, Paddy Daly and Fionn Wallace. Thanks to Seán Finn who coaches many of the boys at Nenagh Olympic and to Mr. Gary Scully who organises and mentors the boys for competitions.
