All classrooms are fully equipped with computers, data projectors, sound systems and visualisers to make the curriculum as accessible and engaging as possible for all of our students.
Since 2012, a lot of development work has been completed at the school –
- 100 Mbps Fibre-Optic Broadband brought into school
- Wireless IT system throughout the school
- Refurbishment of the entire school heating system
- New wing built to include – a new woodwork room and refurbishment of existing woodwork room, new DCG room which is fully IT equipped, three new classrooms, a study hall and a new canteen.
- Playing pitches have been drained and resurfaced
- Full size Hurling Pitch with goals and nets has been developed
- Running track has been resurfaced
We also utilise many of the facilities in the locality to enhance our curriculum and sporting provision – Nenagh Leisure Centre & Swimming Pool and other local gyms, the Pastoral Centre, the Catholic Institute, the Eire Og Complex, Nenagh AFC pitches at Brickfields etc
